ibx .14, supposed to be approaching $.40 - what went wrong with that prediction? Dilution vs. shareholder value; dilution is winning.

Anyone have a prediction on when the first study will be fully enrolled?

So not willing to explain ibx at $.14? Not surprising, but the answer is simple - dilution trumps progress.
