art, I feel your pain with the shoulda/coulda/woulda scenario. I had owned RGB-P as well a short while ago but sold and bought CAV-R. Therefore, I missed out on the RGB-P recent move but at least CAV-R became a 3 banger and probably will be more in the near future.
With respect to $WCVC, I don't want this stock to become a shoulda/coulda/woulda in one of my graveyard portfolios. With MMJ about to be legalized on the Federal level, $WCVC could easily become a 10 banger from the current price level.
