All this hubbub about Griffin/Strickland vs. Philips/Stewart - it's only a matter of which of the two groups gets to rape the existing shareholders at the next financing.

Looks like the "old" group gets to do the assault and battery on the common shareholders this round.

... or continue to bolster the rumor about a hostile take over as described by Jenn. Maybe it didn't pick up enough steam and needs a little push. It appears from Jenn's post that MP suggested it without commiting to actually saying it. Step two to a successful rumor would be to get those tweety birds chattering about it thru the mill works. And get it to Raiderman! LOL

So typical. Your DD wouldn't be complete without asking yourself, how would the successful placement of that rumor benefit the insiders?

I say BS, when has the self serving MP ever said anything that shareholders could sink their teeth into?

Unknown senior DC lawyer.

VAMMP.

No obstacles to overcome in development.

Strategic investment of a life time.

Army contract without being registered with the CCC.

Waiting in the queue.

Marketing of the PS3.

5:1 reverse split to prevent hostile take over.

Remember the rumor that the spin-off would be 1:1? Problee to prevent shareholders with frayed nerves from being pushed over the edge?

Then what happen? Rumors, staged internal fighting, leaks about the lawsuit, attempted career assassinations and when it was all over it was a 1:9 R/S.

THEN... CDEx 1:5 R/S their 200 million authorized shares TO PREVENT AN ALLEGED HOSTILE TAKE OVER! LOL Mi culo.

Gee, CDEX authorizing 200 million shares sure made me think shareholders would get more than they did. Guess I was wrong.

So a 1:1 spin-off turns out to be a 1:45 for shareholders. Nice and slow, that's the way to do it, nice and slow.

So, how would such a rumor benefit MP, Stewrat and company?

That's the question.
