Yes, the SS is from the Latest 10-Q which was filed on 05/16/2013 and the otcmarkets.com shows Exactly the Same amount of OS (39.7M shares) though it was as of 05/15/2013!
Do you have the updated SS now? I bet "No"! So current SS is unknown and the OS could be Ten Times Higher (say 397M shares) which is still the Lowest OSamong all the 0.0001-Bottom OTC stocks --- over 1,000 peers!
Anyway some weak hands just sold 225,000 shares at 0.0004 and 500,000 shares at 0.00045 so far! I wish I could steal at least a couple of millions shares at Dirt Cheap New bottom price 0.0004 today! Otherwise I might Slap out all the Dirt Cheap shares at 0.0005 very soon...
