Hijacker has a deliberate negative connotation, when in fact it should Shell Savior, one who saves shells from the ash bin of history and saves shareholder's investments (if they held) which makes them deserving of saving.
NWGC is being saved by an activist shareholders with his own money. Who does that? The good guys do that!!!
