name - it doesn't say he used LL. My 'assumption' was he did. I'm trying to verify with a source way over there (unless other people beat me to it).
I believe he IS staying at the only hospital that got issued CSP but again trying to verify. It would seem he did get LL. I'm 99% sure. I want to verify that 1%.
