Good question, maybe she should work for nothing. Think custodian hearings are free? No work involved? How many hours of SEC forms need to be filed? Research needs to be done finding a suitable private company to legally move into this shell and who knows what else.
I don't give a rats ass how many shares she gets! She's going to make us all lots of money. IMO
