A lot of misdirection but at the end of the day it doesn’t matter. The data is the data.
The HF are SCREWED big time. They’re in so deep they have to just keep going or just lose. At this point is bankrupt or bust. No bailouts coming after the last idiotic move.
Other HF institutions have accepted their fate and left while they still had the chance and took their losses. They just didn’t put most of their portfolio on AMC and betting on it tanking and going bankrupt like Citadel did.
If everyone sells and AMC tanks they’ll say,” it was the retail negligent trading practices.”
