Yeah I'm with you on that..I saw on tWitter that the O/S decreased by approximately 1.5 billion from March to April 7, 2021.Someone did a side by side pic of march and April O/S from otc markets. Could they be buying back and retiring shares at these lower share prices!? Just thinking out loud.. GOOOO HCMC!
