thanks very much for the update. I think the point about the funds not being needed to keep the construction moving makes a lot of sense why they haven't pushed harder on the banks. Although, I hope they start pushing now - if needed.

2 points to consider:

The pre-purchase agreement WILL be in place before the NEXT major phase of construction (after loan deal)

5-HMF patent is expected any day now. Toxicity studies have begun and are now in progress.
