Although dilutive as you correctly point out, I don’t have a problem with added shares particularly if they are given to these advisor/consultant people that have affiliated with the company. The company doesn’t have the cash to pay them. That being said, I’d also feel better if they had some form of restriction in regard to their disposition. Skin in the game is always better than them being laid cash
