While I agree that many are waiting for google settlement, the more I understand about Netlist the company the more eager I am to see quarterly earnings. There are many value investors on iHub we shall see if Netlist starts attracting more of those.
I believe it will take a couple quarters for the market to see how this deal affects the bottom line. However, by the time the evidence is in to make that determination it could coincide with a GOOG ruling/settlement.
And then there appear to be private elements to this SK deal that will never be made public. So we may never truly know how the market values this particular deal. My feeling is once the $40 million check is cashed we'll get back to $3, and maybe even $4. As that will alleviate some fears of the deal not being real.
