You have to buy and execute. That has been an issue across the industry. Buying talent and then getting rid of them because they are expensive is not a way to grow market share. This is not like Berkshire buying Kraft and then cheapening the formula to save costs. People just habitually pick up the same bottle they have always picked up. There is no habitual brand loyalty anywhere in the industry yet. Only those who understand that nuance will gain.
