There are a number of useless laws on the books and some that were put there to instill fear into the general public. Police it....in fact show me one conviction. Get off it and don't get sucked into the board noise.
The company would have to lodge a complaint get subpoenas to track the email and take civil action. Wouldn’t it be more rewarding for Jim Plant to expend his energy into getting a NOBO list.
