The more and more I read this over and over the more I believe the word "granting" stick out to me? Is it possibly that HDC convinced the judge and not Bear? the with prejudice meaning she can't pursue this in the future. Did this look like a BS charge by Bear? Did HDC convince the Judge to dismiss the case? Perhaps HDC made a deal with Bear if she allows dismissal with prejudice HDC won't pursue her?

Will she NOW become some type of witness for HDC I mean look how Quirk left her in the tree! That would pi$$ me off too!

As for Vennwest...I think that was just eye candy and nothing will ever come of that!
