I do not doubt there are rumblings from large shareholders but this is “NP’s Board”. They have millions of shares and they are beholden to him and NOT shareholders. They sure as hell are not “independent. The large number of shares outstanding, without institutional control of some kind, make a coup unlikely. What more has to be seen about management incompetence.
In no way was a decisive path forward articulated. He doesn’t have one. It is fire drill all the time!
For all to consider:
Nader admitted the company lacked expertise and had problems in filing for HIV BLA. Thus the case for bringing in Dr. Mahon Rahman. He was touted as a savant BLA filer. He is now gone leaving the same exact team in place that botched the HIV BLA and trial designs.
What is left?
ADMITTED lack of expertise and problems in BLA filings.
There are one of two options to consider...
NP is horrible at identifying and hiring the proper talent or wait for it...
