What is interesting is that I just now checked last February and it was the SPX actually that led down. But the RUT did hold a bottom before the SPX.

If we closely look at the indexes and divergences, IWM's big gains occurred a couple of months ago, when compared to the SPY -

during the past month, they have been tracking pretty closely.
