Unfortunately, I can't quite remember the circumstances that pointed me to XRP, most likely something I saw online, I have previously(still do) played in the wild wild west of OTC land where 95% of the stocks there are scams.
I bought XRP after the 3.40 spike @ .59 and held for over 2 years. Then along came the SEC and I watched in horror the drop to .18 and promptly missed it. I continued to watch and remember seeing lots of posts by "wise" and his opinion of the SEC matter, and I doubled down @ .25 buying twice as much as I bought @ .59. I'm a happy camper, and also believe its going much higher. I didn't really tell family about it since I already know their reponse to otc stocks, and the response to crypto would be much worse. They would view both as extreme gambling risk, so I'm alone in the crypto world as far as family goes.
Interesting thing about crypto, I'm in 5 coins now and every single one is a multi bagger. BTC, XRP, ETH, XLM, ADA. With stocks I'm lucky to have 1 of 5 and hardly a multi. LOL
