21 million at the end is (?) volume. that is volume that is executed at any price at the 5th or 6th digit, most commonly seen at 000s level would be .00035 or .00039 if in between .0003 and 0004
trades while at no bid such as .00005, 000098 or .000096 also fit the category as ? volume
if load 100,000,000 shares at the bid, it will show as "sell" volume, but what it really means is that i got filled at the bid for better price than slapping the ask and now I have 100M shares.
that is how big money loads stocks at all levels, bid sitting unless they need to cover or need to buy the stock at the ask chasing momentum or just want the stock right away, otherwise, most big $$$ firms, entities, investors load at the bid
