Bummer on ASTC. That's like the 3rd microcap I've seen since last week that's done an offering right after the stock spiked higher. Would think this may turn off some buyers to these small stocks. Russell did underperform today. Yet low floaters BNSO, ELSE etc still flying today on no news.
