Chucks comment was somewhat vague on the royalty aspect, at least as far as the amount. He appeared to say that there was no specific amount tied to the royalty, that it was considered paid as part of the other concessions with the deal. But it will be renegotiated at the end of the term, which I believe is 5 years.

So after 5 years there will be a specific payment or other consideration agreed to for continued access and use.
