That's because POC hasn't even started yet. There hasn't been a Affiliate of Publication yet for heavens sake. Once it starts you have 60 days to respond. I've been trading Custos for 20 years and once it was granted it doesn't matter what the note says. You have to present the note to the judge and that will determine if it's legit.
