Here is what I don't understand. The prior management team could have let this run into the pennies and sold their shares for 10x as much. Are they stupid? Do they have a time frame in which they need to be sold? They can't be that inept can they? They have left hundreds of thousands of dollars on the table $$$INCT$$$
