While what you just indicated may be a fact, it is certainly NOT "clear."

Moreover, what is also NOT clear is that there is any direct connection between any such conversion and the recent horrible performance of the pps.

What is, however, clear to me is that, at present, the market, as a whole, perceives that INCT IS ONLY WORTH $.0024 per share - EVEN THOUGH THERE HAVE BEEN A SERIES OF POSITIVE DEVELOPMENTS RECENTLY.

DOES ANYONE HERE REALISTICALLY THINK, GIVEN THE RECENT HORRID PERFORMANCE OF THIS STOCK, THAT THE UPGRADE TO "CURRENT" WILL IN FACT LEAD TO A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN THE PPS?????????????????
