Why don't you start on page 1 and then go to page 2 and so on. It is pretty clear. Unless of course you only want to believe parts of it. Like lets say the reverse split. That's real right.
Additionally, if GRPS had any stake in the "New Rushnet"/Heliosdx it would have been announced by now. Don't you think? Yes, they are going to collaborate on the GRPS products, but that's it. You can eventually have the old rushnet back and "all of its subsidiary" when they spin off occurs leaving HeliosDx by itself. That appears to be the plan.
