Also, the fact that Biocurex has a NON-EXCLUSIVE agreement with Abbott is quite important now! IF the product is all it seems to be, it gives them a much better bargaining position with both buyer and seller than they could ever hope to be with an "exclusive" regardless of any upfront money that would be long gone by now...
