you do not need to worry about a reverse split here, with this share structure they will need at least half the structure for build-out and overhead, that should balance out for some stable retail shares.

As of March 15, 2021, the issuer had 504,289,776 common shares, $0.0001 par value, issued and outstanding.

Dilution, that is another story, if they have to hit the toxic funding market then they better build out quickly. Ideally partner with a major of a happy life.

The risk reward scale seems to be tipping toward reward. The ticker has had many chances to tank to subs but even with the 504 million o/s has held up fairly well. The last two filings were slanted positive so Holding or adding to your position may be a wise choice! There are possibilities out there with Nspx we’ll just have to wait and see what happens. The 7 million market cap is crumbs for what the drug platform may be worth!

You do know there are other stocks. You just lost a ton on your other million shares before the reverse. I don't get it. I lost on that one as well and learned my lesson. Too many others. Especially as they put out nothing.
