#157176 RE: Scooter McCabe #157175

In regards to the CC -- damned if he does, damned if he doesn't. NP said he'll hold 2 weekers with updates (if it was up to him, it'd be every week) UNTIL we get approval. Any shareholder looking for more than just an update was setting their expectations up for failure, plain and simple. The GUY SAID, he'd update and that's EXACTLY what he would have done. Is it a nice cherry on top that we get the Brazil news? YES. Lets hold him to what he said he would do: GIVE 2 WEEK UPDATES.

With that being said, I agree with you that we need AN APPROVAL. ANY APPROVAL. We're just that much closer and literally at the 1 inch line from endzone. 1 FREAKING INCH.

*He's 2/2 for rescheduling webcasts. At that percentage, LET HIM KEEP MOVING IT.

“Everything hinges on approval. There are several companies with agreements to distribute in Brazil pending approval. So it's a horse race. First one there is the first one to the market share.”

Not sure if I agree with that completely. I do agree a study will likely need to be run in Brazil before an approval and potential sales activity in Brazil. However, there is no competition for CYDY with critical covid patients. None of the drugs have shown meaningful results with critical patients in any studies across the globe. So while they should demonstrate some sense of urgency in completing this study, if needed, I don’t think it’s a race against competition as you suggest.

Like I said, NP will dance around and spin everything under the sun.

The one word he will fail to utter is APPROVAL.

Leronsaline will never be approved....ever.

With all due respect Scooter, the Globetrotters would be envious of that spin.

You seem to be asserting that CytoDyn had nothing to report when they scheduled the call, and that this distribution agreement fell into their laps at the last minute, so they rescheduled the call in order to be able to talk about the agreement during the call.

Anyone who has experience with legal agreements at the level of a house purchase knows that they take weeks to complete. An agreement between companies in two different nations, governing the distribution of billions of dollars worth of drugs during a pandemic, is not going to just drop into their laps.

It’s rather obvious what happened. They’ve been working on the agreement for weeks now. They anticipated having it complete yesterday and scheduled the call based on that anticipation. Dotting all the i’s and crossing all the t’s took a day longer than expected. So they rescheduled the call by a day.
