Nah. Read my post history on RMSL. I've done thorough DD on this company and was an avid supporter of the company and their product. Go back and read the 8k from the 2015 reverse merger and the press releases. They publicly stated the DeltaWave was FDA cleared and then recanted and gave a series of so called updates on the FDA progress for several years.
Not once did they disclose that they were trying to use an outdated FDA clearance for the DeltaWave. That's a serious omission. One worthy of SEC scrutiny. They only disclosed it because someone on this board posted the DD on it when questions arose on a SEC offering application where their attorney referenced the 2008 FDA approval.
Read the press release they issued where they finally admitted that it was a sham. It's pretty pitiful. The CEO basically is saying that he had no idea the FDA would reject the DeltaWave 510k application as different than the decade old Laminair technology, and that the FDA never raised any issue with it after all those years of trying to get the DeltaWave approved. Beggar's belief.
