does Netlist have a bigger chance now to fight the other infringers with the big boy SK Hynix on their side? Will that have any effect at all? thoughts?

Whatever they report, we will also know what we can't know, that is, what they can't talk about. I'm guessing much will be revealed over time. I'm prepared for that, after all we already know much more than we did 24 hours ago. Yes! the fate of HybriDimm seems a likely subject the company will be expanding on.
