Your shares are about to become worth 75% of what they are now because of that dilution.

I don't believe this is necessarily true. Will they be in the float? Since the funds are being provided in 3 phases after certain criteria are met, "about to" is probably a significant overstatement.

Also, per the earlier financing terms outlined, the loan can be repaid vs the share issuance so the actual amount of shares potentially added to the float could be reduced.

All is not lost and an immediate 25% reduction in value is incorrect.

“There are currently 854,410,000 shares of KBLB. There are about to be 1,064,496,992 shares of KBLB. Your shares are about to become worth 75% of what they are now because of that dilution.”

That is incorrect. There are currently an infinite number of KBLB authorized shares. Registering an authorized share and putting it in the Treasury does not dilute a damn thing. WILL NOT AFFECT THE EPS, ANY POTENTIAL DIVIDEND, OR MY PERCENT OF OWNERSHIP IN THE COMPANY. Treasury Shares are subtracted out when calculating Outstanding Shares. Don’t take my word for it. Google ‘how to calculate Outstanding Shares’. So you tell me what those Treasury shares are diluting for you. I’m not the one not understanding this, you are.
