IMO , they knew they don't need much of science , some yes ,

So they " peak " as some described it here , at the results during active
" double blind study" ..,
saw results of the study , they noticed they not making SS with length of hospitalization , their primary endpoint , but not a problem , they just changed again to accommodate active study results...

So they changed again primary endpoint , without any penalty , and ALL is well...

HGEN knew , they have Gilead and Fauci behind them , and this is enough
for now..
