With the current erhc market cap of about $7 million, the market is still clearly saying there won't be any 1 cent dividends, there won't be any short squeeze, there won't be any $8 share price. The market is also laughing at the asinine prediction of a $24 b-b-b-b-b-billion buyout. Laughing uncontrollably.

The other joke making the rounds in the market goes something like this:

What has majority control of a company but can't even vote on board members or attend an annual meeting, has no knowledge of that company's financials, and can't even rely on anyone answering the phone at company headquarters?

Answer: A small circle of "experienced" erhe investors who supposedly own over half the shares but doesn't even know how many shares there are. Instead of exercising their power, they simply sit asses in hand waiting for a buyout with a 400,000% premium.

And this one: Hear about the "experienced" investor who bought up over 10% of a grey market, non-reporting caveat emptor stock facing SEC revocation? On top of that he/she didn't even know the SEC reporting requirements for ownership of 5% or more shares?
