10K is due May 3rd.It will only verify last years numbers ending Jan 31st 2021. 1st Q 10Q is due June 15th. It will have the numbers for Feb Mar and Apr. At least 1400 people have viewed the investor call according to what twitter is saying, I think this is the beginning of the march north!

Is an 8K regarding the PR good enough for you. Companies get in trouble lying to the SEC. I think that validates what they stated. An increase in revenues that large I think does qualify as a material event.
