There was 3,944,732 preferred A issued and outstanding in the 10k with a 10:1 conversion ratio. If 100% of the preferred A was converted post 10k it would have converted to 39,447,320 common shares.
Therefore, only a small proportion of the 3.9 preferred A (about 500,000) have been converted. Its a good way to bring up the Market Cap as preferred doesn't count toward Market Cap leaving 3.4m Pref A.

Let's not speculate the the CEO converted all his shares to common shares.

I guess I'm very puzzled because when a CEO's shares become Unrestricted (Common) it will increase the public float when they are sold and diluted the "COMMONER" to obliven!!
