So the Judge will tell the Advisor what to say and the Judge will tell his Intel friends it was the Advisor fault that you lost the case...actually the Advisor will tell Intel how many millions to give to shareholders not company officers.

He looks like a solid technical person. PHd in Electrical Engineering, and prior employment at Freescale (the semiconductor spinoff from Motorola). He then went on to get a law degree, and has been working in Albrights court for a few years now doing technical advising. Motorola and Intel were significant adversaries in the early days of microprocessors.
