The S3 offering for $100M, given a PPS of 0.02, yields 5B shares in the future. Of course the $100M is a dream. But it will allow $5/yr.

Kenny is signaling to the 3rd party block buyers he has registered shares to sell as blocks. Discount pricing included. It's business as usual in PMCB land. Dilute away. Kenny or the 3 amigos get paid when a 3rd party bites.

Next up will be raising the O/S as the shares are issued. That will be the only sign SHs will get that Kenny got a 3rd party block nibble, before the 10K in Jul.
