If I'm reading that correctly, the OS on 03/15/21 was 6.35M and then they converted an additional 4.5M shares into restricted commons.

The share count in the 10k for the common shares was right. After they filed the 10k, Mr. Beyman converted his shares to common. That’s why the discrepancy between the current outstanding shares and the 10k reported outstanding shares.
