Nope, don't know (assuming) him. He just volunteered his services. Would love to get away, New Orleans/Calif, esp at Christmas. Just think, no cards to mail no gifts to buy/wrap. I think you will definitely need a car in Calif. Taxis would be a huge expense with so many places to go and see. I hear that many rental companies have those cool locater systems in thier cars now so you won't need to worry about getting lost. Just watch out for the crazy drivers. Saw people reading newspapers and putting on make-up while driving on the expressways at 80mph. YIKES!!!!! BdM
