They may has already oversubscribed or used more of the authorized shares.

They have exceeded the amount of shares authorized to Keystone which was 37.7 million shares needed to reach $5 million using .1325.

They now have issued 46,776,922 shares

Reg 1a shares were to raise up to $5 million which comes to 37,735,849 shs issued @.1325 = $5,000,000

The company has come a long way with just relying on money from friends and family. I can only imagine how far they will take this with millions available.
