So this week, April 8th, will mark the additional 3 weeks the company said it needed for the lawyers to sort out the paperwork. So end of this week early next week we should hear an update that the voting postcards will be sent out on such and such a date.

There shouldn’t be any delay beyond that as they already missed their previous week of March 15 timeline.
