Here's another "hint" related to AMECA GROUP, not AMECA MINING specifically.:

As well it will give an understanding of the business units within the AMECA Group, which may be suitable candidates for an acquisition by Southcorp.

Yes, Ameca Mining a a part of Ameca Group. But Ameca Group also consists of several business units besides Ameca Mining.

I've highlighted the key words in the quoted portion of Mark's last PR (Jan. 17, 2021) and the key words in my comment. The key words being AMECA GROUP, not Ameca Mining.
