False Patriots......Think of all the American flags you see flown by Trump supporters....Its not that the people aren't truly patriotic, its that their patriotism is being used....
A lot of people charged for Jan 6 are beginning to understand how false patriots can use patriotism on 'patriots' for nefarious purposes...History is full of it...
I think right wing media outlets get a royalty for every time the word Freedom or Constitution are invoked....
That sets up the straw man argument, that anyone that doesn't agree with their side, or the misinformation, isn't a patriot, they are against Freedom, hate the Constitution, even a traitor....
History is not kind to societies that fell prey to False Patriots...
