No reason for one and CEO says no dilution. He has been forthwith so far. It understandable why not wanting to PR news until ILUS is able to trade on various markets to allow investors an opportunity to trade. Much has transpired and much is in the works, hold those shares tight and we will be rewarded soon. Remember this came from .000 to .18+ in a couple months so no surprise when we have a 50% retrace.
