The answer to that question is simple, I never would have agreed to become the CEO without first examining the books and making sure the finances were in order and accountable. And, I may add, if I discovered fraud I would report it to the appropriate authorities.

That is something Pillsworth should have done. Apparently that IS something that George Sharp did.
