So....SFIV doesn't look "current" to me..

I enjoy that the last 10Q filing was a NT 10Q in 2019.

Well, at least they got it right, the 10Q was going to be late! HAHAHAHA Funny stuff, at least to me.

I see an 8k was filed, in March, about a CPA change. BFD

I also see an 8K was filed in March 2020... here's a little something in the filing

The Company expects to file the Annual Report on or before May 14, 2020

OOPS... they expected to do it... just didn't get it done...once again.. Peter Michaels, at the wheel, so nothing new.


Like I mentioned..

STOP SIGN on OTC.. that's not good but then again...

little Petey Michaels is involved with SFIV so why would it be current.

Has Michaels paid the $65K judgment against SFIV & Others, yet? Just curious
