Sorry to just respond, Actually I have never been through one, My response was based on info i got from two very reliable and respected people who had been through them.
My understanding is it really depends, on a lot of things, the ticker and and its exposure, MM's, Product, Share structure and amount of reduction, any news announced just prior to or after reduction.
But they did say they never been throught that was not worth the ride,
