Early 2019 February I think. Just when Bitcoin was going up from the 4K to the 10k range in 2019. Good momentum was behind BTCS and it took a reverse split and doubled the per share price and then dropped in half then dropped in half again and then dropped in half again. Bad for any previous bag holders but unbelievably good for anyone who picked some up at the .08 range.
