As far as I am concerned the misinformation about the O/S is keeping the price down, I am hoping to still be able to buy at these prices until an update comes out. I’m loading as much as possible. Go $HCMC

Called Etrade on it.. had me on hold about 10min after I asked him when that was updated. Guy couldn't tell me, directed me to OTC site.
