Dogdays, before you answer my previous question. Just remember this Sparky. GDSI won this case based on the fact that they had excellent attorneys and the Bolzans did not. It was not won on the strength of the case. I have read every filing in this case and what I believe if the key evidence. It is in depositions and declarations and I won't say more. If Rontan's attorneys were as good as GDSI's, this case would have never survived the motion to dismiss. I could have represented Rontan better. They are being represented on appeal by an attorney who has zero appellate experience. Therefore, GDSI probably wins the appeal.
